Grow Room Problem Solving
There are many problems that I solve with clients. One of the hardest things about problem solving when it comes to cannabis is understanding what is actually going wrong. Well, after growing for over 15 years, I’ve made all the mistakes for you. I start every interaction with a new client the same way: I have a ton of questions. It is not until I know exactly what you are trying to achieve based on your budget, knowledge, experience, and perhaps most importantly, location, that I can make the appropriate recommendations on how to design and set up your grow room tailored to your specific situation.
Improving Your Current Grow
When I first see a client’s grow, oftentimes it’s like going back in time to when I was a new grower. I see them implementing some processes that I used to use but have since found a better way. It’s all about the experience of having grown before, making a lot of mistakes, and then amending processes to be the best grower I can be. So when I see a new client’s grow, usually the blind spots that they may not even be aware of are very obvious to me. I take great pride in expediting the success of my clients.

Do you want everyone you know and perhaps people you don’t know to be aware you are growing cannabis? Probably not. Lets be frank it smells a lot, at least if you are doing it right. It’s important to me that you stay safe. You don’t want people knowing your medical business, there is still a lot of stigma that exists around cannabis as well, so you may not want people to know you consume. Perhaps worst of all you don’t want criminals to try to steal your precious medicine. The list goes on and on. I can teach you how to grow without anyone knowing that you don’t want to know.

As a brand-new grower, you may not quite realize just how much increasing yields is your primary focus. Unlike growing vegetables, achieving large yields from cannabis plants can be very challenging. The reason being, in nature, cannabis female flowers only grow until they are pollinated and then start producing seeds. We want no seeds and large female flowers, and getting there can be tricky. This might be one of the most important aspects of growing. As someone that started in this industry in the legacy market, the last thing you want to do is get caught growing illegally. As a former board member of Denver NORML and as someone that still works in cannabis lobbying at the the state level in IL, I can tell you what the laws are in your area and how to ensure you are operating within the guardrails of your state and municipal laws.

So what is working with me like? We will get on a video call so that you can show me your space if you are getting ready to start growing, or show me your current grow/setup if you have already started. From that point, I have a series of questions based on your original message to me on my website. From there, I can tailor a shopping list and growing / problem solving methods to your specific needs based on your budget, experience, consumption, and comfort level.
